Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the eyewear in its original protective case and packaging, ensuring all tags and cleaning cloths are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your parcel, removing any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your local postal service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or store credit will be processed once inspected.
